You don’t have to audition!
It is important to emphasize that you do not have to audition. Have you attended three trial rehearsals and would like to become a member? Then our conductor will conduct a voice test with you. During this voting test it will become clear to which voice group your voice fits best.
Quality
As a choir we strive for quality. You don’t have to be a trained singer to join our choir, but it is important that you can keep your tone. Our conductor will pay attention to this during the voice test.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often do you rehearse?
We rehearse on a weekly basis on Thursdays from 20:00 - 22:00. Exceptions are the Thursdays that fall during the school holidays.
Where do you rehearse?
We rehearse in the Parish House of the Antonius Van Paduakerk.

How is the choir constructed?
Our choir consists of 4 voices: Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Basses.
If you want to make an extra effort for the choir, you can also participate in committees. Think of committees for performances or for, for example, the bar, PR, repertoire, etc.
What is the cost of the membership?
The contribution for the 2022 - 2023 season is set at € 220.00.
I can't read sheet music. Is that a problem?
It's helpful if you can read music, but it's not a requirement. In addition to sheet music, we also work with audio files to practice at home.
